I am Emi Fukahori, born in Japan, based in Switzerland and co-founded MAME in 2016. My specialty coffee journey started with championships back in 2015. I have been fascinated ever since about the world of coffee and people in this industry, really excited to get inspired and taste great coffees!

I can't say if it's a Japanese trait, but for me it's very important to always strive for the best. If today is a good day, tomorrow should be better. I always want to raise the bar, and every day we push for excellence, but it's never enough. We are constantly striving for perfection.
Being surrounded by various coffee professionals, I am really happy to be in the Barista Attitude family. My favourite facts about Tempesta are; Once programmed, the machines provide consistent shot results in both rushy and calm times at our cafes. Baristas can manage a tiny amount of milk thanks to dry steamer, so they have minimum waste during the operations. These machines are not just beautifully standing but also hardworking in style!
